Tuition is for the academic year 2017-2018. Tuition is based on a yearly fee divided into 10 monthly payments based on the school year of September to mid-June.

Registration Fee:
is a yearly non-refundable fee of $100/-
Change of Program: charge is $25.00. Program changes are allowed once within a 30-day period. |
Billing Procedures:
The first tuition is paid on June 30th. or at the time of registration if this occurs after June. Tuition payments #2 through #10 are due on the first day of each month, September through May.

Penalty Fees:
Tuitions are due the first of the month and are delinquent after the fifth of the month. A late fee of $25.00 is billed after the fifth of the month. Each subsequent ten days (15th. and 25th.) incur an additional $25.00 late fee each.
Payments not honored by the bank incur a $25.00 return fee. Replacement payment must be secured payment (money order or cashier’s check) in future payments.

Late pickup Fees:
An additional $10.00 per 15 minutes will be charged in the event the child is picked up late from school later than the agreed time of the program. Overtime charges are to be paid as they are incurred.
Late pickup fees may be waived only if there is an emergency or if the school has been previously notified. An ongoing pattern of late pickups may lead to the termination of your child’s enrolment.
Tuition is based on a school year operating budget. The school expenses continue while your child is absent. No tuition rebate or allowance or deduction will be made for absence for any reason.

Withdrawal or Changes of Schedule:
Withdrawal and change of schedule notification must be submitted as at least [30] days' written notice in advance of the final month of attendance. You must continue payments for attendance through the last month which is [30] days after our receipt of your withdrawal notice.. NO WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE MONTHS AFTER MARCH. Acceptance of changes in schedule will depend on availability of space. Tuition will be charged in lieu of notice.
