We observe the Montessori Method that emphasizes positive language, order, coordination, concentration and independence. The child gets inner discipline as he/she is spontaneous, gets to respect order around him/her and is happy and contended. The child learns to take care of the environment, practice grace and courtesy, in preparation for life and not just the school.

In our Montessori setting the child practices the silence game that helps him/her to calm down and listen to the sounds in the environment. The teacher gives positive redirection and reasoning. The redirection to purposeful activity that meets the need of the child, and inspires him/her to intense concentration virtually eliminates the need for outward discipline. If a child is too upset to be responsive, he/she is directed to the cozy quiet corner to get recomposed. A child is encouraged to respect self, others and property that includes the Montessori materials. We help children understand why their behavior is not acceptable, and show them how their actions and words affect others. We strive to build a better tomorrow on the foundation of trust, love, caring and respect.
